Terms of Service

This Terms of Service ("Terms") is a legal agreement between you and Visions Realm Technology Limited ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your use of our website, mobile applications ("Apps" or "our App"), and any other websites, pages, features, or content owned and operated by us that include these Terms (collectively, "Services").

Accept the Terms of Use

By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use the Services. The Bible apps developed by Visions Realm Technology Limited provide services to users on the Internet through the product, and the content of the services is subject to these Terms of Use. You should read this Agreement carefully before using the Product. When you click "Agree," you signify that you have read and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to this Agreement, please stop using the product and all its services immediately; once you use the product and related services, you are deemed to have understood and fully agreed to the contents of this Agreement, including the modifications made to this Agreement, and become a user of the product (hereinafter referred to as "Users"). Visions Realm Technology Limited may update this Agreement from time to time. After the update, Visions Realm Technology Limited will indicate that this Agreement has been updated, and you will need to re-click "Agree" to indicate that you have read and agree to be bound by the updated Agreement.

NOTICE REGARDING DISPUTE RESOLUTION:

These Terms contain provisions that govern how claims you and the Company have against each other are resolved (see Section 12: Dispute Resolution), including an obligation to arbitrate disputes, which will require you to submit claims you have against us to binding and final arbitration and limits your ability to bring claims against us in a court of law.

Eligibility

By using the Services, you affirm that:

(a) You are at least 18 years of age or of the age of legal consent in your jurisdiction,

(b) The information you provide us is accurate and truthful,

(c) Your use of the Services doesn’t violate any applicable law or regulation,

(d) You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3.User Responsibilities and Content Guidelines

By using the Bible app developed by Visions Realm Technology Limited, you acknowledge that all information, including data, text, sounds, images, graphics, and other content, whether publicly posted or transmitted privately, is the sole responsibility of the Content Provider. This means that you, not the Bible app developed by Visions Realm Technology Limited, are solely responsible for the content you upload, post, email, send, or otherwise add to the product. While the Bible app developed by Visions Realm Technology Limited monitors content submitted to the family of product platforms, it cannot guarantee that such content will be accurate and appropriate. You acknowledge that when using the Product, you may be exposed to abusive or inappropriate content.

You agree and warrant that you will never use the product to:

Upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise add any content that violates the laws of you and the Bible app developed by Visions Realm Technology Limited, is harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, defamatory, violent, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, discriminatory, racially discriminatory, or otherwise prohibited;

Harm minors in any way;

Impersonate any person or group – including, without limitation, the Bible app developed by Visions Realm Technology Limited staff, forum owners or moderators, or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or group;

Falsify data titles or otherwise manipulate identifying data to disguise the origin of content transmitted through the product;

Upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise add any information that you are not authorized to post under the law and contractual relationships (e.g., internal information, proprietary or confidential information known through an employment relationship or subject to a confidentiality agreement);

Upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise add any content that infringes another party's patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary right;

Upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise add any advertising, marketing materials, spam, pyramid schemes, or other forms of solicitation of customers;

Upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise add any computer code, files, programs that contain software viruses or otherwise interfere with, disrupt, or limit the functionality of any computer hardware or television device;

Interfere with any normal conversation or otherwise negatively influence other users' real-time communication;

Interfere with or affect the products or the servers or networks connected to them, or violate the requirements, procedures, policies, or regulations of any network connected to the product products;

Stalking or harassing others;

Collect or store other users' personal information to perform acts that are expressly prohibited above.

You acknowledge that the Bible app developed by Visions Realm Technology Limited may and may not review content in advance, but that the Bible app developed by Visions Realm Technology Limited and its designees have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to review, reject, or remove any content on the product for any reason.

You also acknowledge and agree that if required by law or in good faith belief that such access, retention, or disclosure is necessary, the Bible app developed by Visions Realm Technology Limited may access, store, or disclose your account information and content in the following circumstances:

Compliance with legal process;

To perform this Terms of Use;

Respond to allegations by third parties that any content violates their intellectual property rights;

To respond to your customer service requests;

Protect the rights, property, and personal safety of the products and their users and the public.

Your understanding of the technical handling and transmission of the Product, including your Content, may include transmission through various networks and adjustments to match or adapt to the technical requirements of network or device connectivity.

4.Modification of the Service

Visions Realm Technology Limited reserves the right to modify or discontinue the products (or any part thereof) at any time, temporarily or permanently, without prior notice. You agree that Visions Realm Technology Limited shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or termination of the service.

5.Privacy Policy

Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and share information about you when you access, visit, or use the Services. The Privacy Policy is part of these Terms, and by agreeing to these Terms, you consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

6.Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Use the Services for any illegal purpose, or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.

Violate, or encourage others to violate, any right of a third party, including by infringing or misappropriating any third party intellectual property right.

Interfere with security-related features of the Services, including by: (i) disabling or circumventing features that prevent or limit use or copying of any content, or (ii) reverse engineering or otherwise attempting to discover the source code of any portion of the Services except to the extent that the activity is expressly permitted by applicable law.

Perform any fraudulent activity, including impersonating any person or entity, claiming a false affiliation, accessing any other Services account without permission.
